溅射Ni-5Cr-5Al纳米晶涂层抗高温氧化性能
Oxidation resistance of sputtered Ni-5Cr-5Al nanocrystalline coating
【摘要】 研究了一种低Cr、低Al的Ni Cr Al系合金Ni 5Cr 5Al(摩尔分数 ,% )溅射涂层的抗高温氧化性能。结果表明 :虽然Ni 5Cr 5Al溅射涂层在 1 0 0 0℃氧化 2 0 0h后外表面生成NiO ,NiAl2 O4和Al2 O3等复杂氧化物 ,但表现出很高的抗高温氧化性能。进一步分析表明 ,这一方面与溅射纳米晶涂层上生成的外氧化物粘附性好有关 ,另一方面与在NiO ,NiAl2 O4和涂层之间生成一层完整的α Al2 O3有关。此外还讨论了在Al含量很低情况下Ni 5Cr 5Al溅射涂层Al2 O3的生长机制
【Abstract】 The oxidation resistance of sputtered Ni 5Cr 5Al(mole fraction, %) coating in air at 1 000 ℃ was investigated. The results indicated that NiO, NiAl 2O 4 and α Al 2O 3 complex oxide were formed on the sputtered coating after 200 h oxidation whereas good oxidation resistance was shown. The good oxidation resistance is related to the excellent adhesion shown by the oxide scale and a complete α Al 2O 3 layer formed between the NiO, NiAl 2O 4 layer/coating. The formation mechanism of α Al 2O 3 was studied.
