【摘要】 钙离子是单个细胞生存和死亡的信号 ,并调控它的种种功能。新的荧光染料的开发和成象技术的发展 ,极大地促进了对细胞内钙信号传导途径的研究

【Abstract】 For individual cell, calcium is a signal of life and death and many functions are mediated by it. The development of new fluorescence dye and imaging technique have greatly promoted the research in the field of cellular calcium signal transduction path.
