【摘要】 目的 :观察自拟复方康压胶囊治疗 期高血压的疗效。方法 :将 6 0 2例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组(各 30 1例 )。治疗组口服复方康压胶囊 3粒 ,每日 3次 ;对照组口服复方罗布麻片 3片 ,每日 3次 ,2组疗程均为30日 ,观察 2组治疗后的降压效果、症状缓解情况及血脂测定情况。结果 :治疗组降压总有效率为 99.0 % ,明显高于对照组 (79.7% ,P<0 .0 1) ,治疗组症状缓解总有效率为 96 .7% ,明显高于对照组 (75 .1% ,P<0 .0 1) ;治疗组治疗后血脂均明显降低 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,而对照组治疗前后血脂无明显变化。结论 :复方康压胶囊治疗高血压病临床降压效果好 ,服用方便 ,无明显不良反应更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative efficacy of the compound Kangya capsule(复方康压胶囊) in treating essential hypertension phase Ⅱ.Methods:602 patients with essential hypertension phaseⅡ were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (301 cases each group).The treatment group was treated with the compound Kangya capsule,three capsules every time,three times per day.The control group was treated with the compound Luobuma tablet(复方罗布麻片),three tablets every time,three times per day.30 days were one therapeutic course for both groups.The curative effects of depressing blood pressure,the relieving of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and the variety of blood lipids were observed after therapy in two groups.Results:The total effective rate of depressing blood pressure (99 0%) and the alleviative rate of the symptoms on traditional Chinese medicine(96 7%) in treatment group were higher than those in control group (79 7%,75 1% respectively,all P <0 01),the blood lipids in treatment group decreased remarkably after therapy(all P <0 01),while those of the control group were not different.Conclusions:The compound Kangya capsule possesses better curative effects on essential hypertension,and no side effects are found.更多还原
