【摘要】 目的 :观察森田疗法在精神分裂症患者的综合性治疗效果 ,及其对人格特性变化的作用。方法 :选择符合入组标准的住院精神分裂症病人 6 6例 ,随机分为森田组和对照组 ,在药物治疗的同时研究组加上森田治疗 ,共治疗 10周 ,均选用BPRS、SANS、NOSIE和MMPI量表于治疗前后进行疗效评定和个性特征测查。结果 :森田组和对照组有效率分别为 87 9%和 6 6 7% (x2 =4 2 3　P <0 0 5 ) ,治疗前后BPRS、SANS、NOSIE总分变化森田组与对照组比较有显著性差异。结论 :森田疗法合并抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症优于单纯用抗精神病药物 ,并能矫正病人的某些病态人格。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of Morita Therapy in treatment of schizophrenic inpatients Method: 66 schizophrenics were divided randomly into Morita therapy group and control group BPRS, SANS, NOSIE and MMPI were used to assess the effects and personality pattern before and 10 weeks after treatmentResults: The effective rate for Morita group and control group were 879% and 667% respectively (χ2= 423, p<005) There were significant differences in scores of BPRS, SANS, NOSIE and the HS, PT, SC, SI of MMPI after treatment between the two groups Conclusion: Morita therapy has adjunctive effect on schizophrenic inpatients and can correct some deviant personality trait更多还原
