【Abstract】 The frequent conduction of the contemporary Chinese administrative reorganization shows its shortage of ration in a certain degree.With respect to that,the author proves into the fundamental value choice of Chinese administrative reorganization in combination with the relevant conditions of central governmental structure reorganization in 1998.
