【摘要】 提出大型医用设备区域配置标准的测算方法,为制定大型医用设备的配置规划和区域卫生规划工作服务。介绍大型医用设备配置规划制定的程序,论述设备配置的有关理论和具体方法,即:需要法、需求法和设备效率分析法,并就每种方法的优缺点进行评述。还就大型医用设备利用之间的可替代性、流动人口问题以及设备合理布局进行探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study is to put forward the planning method for expensive medical equipment in a specific region and serve the planning work for medical cquipment and regional health program.The procedure in expensive medical equipment allocation was introduced in the beginning of this article,and then the related theories and detailed methodologies were described,which are methods of need,demand and efficiency analysis,Advantages and disadvantages of each method are also discussed.Finally,the substitution effect in expensive medical equipment is explored as well as hobos phenomenon and reasonable distribution for medical equipment.更多还原
