【摘要】 目的 探讨颅内病变性质对X－刀治疗后并发脑水肿的影响。 方法 分析185例病人248个不同性质的病灶在X－刀治疗后并发脑水肿的情况。 结果 X－刀治疗后并发脑水肿的发生率为：脑动静脉畸形（AVM）73．33％，脑胶质瘤54．68％，脑膜瘤30％，脑转移瘤2．85％，垂体瘤、听神经瘤、颅咽管瘤未发生。 结论 颅内病变X－刀治疗后并发脑水肿与病变性质明显有关，AVM发生率较高，胶质瘤及脑膜瘤次之，脑转移瘤极底。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of the characteristics of encephalic lesions on the complicated brain edema following X－knife treatment． Method To analyze the complicated brain edema of 248 various lesions in 185 patients following the X－knife treatmnet． Result After treated by X－knife brain edema occurence were AVM （73．3％）, meningioma（30％）, intracraninal mestastatic tumors （2．85％） respectively, and no edema was noted in pituitary adenomas, acoustic neurinoma, craniopharyngoima． Conclusion The complicated edema of encephalic lesions treated by X－knife was closely related with characteristics of the lesions, which revealed hinger incidence of edema in AVM, lower in menigioma, and rare in incracraninal mestastatic tumors．更多还原
