【摘要】 目的 :探讨用韩氏穴位神经刺激仪 (HANS)与安定联合应用于分娩镇痛的方法及效果观察。方法 :70例正常分娩的妇女 ,随机分为 ( 1 )联合使用HANS仪与安定 (HANS)组 ;( 2 )单纯使用安定组 (对照组 ) ,各 35例。全部病例在宫口开大 3cm时进行分娩镇痛和监测。结果 :HANS组镇痛效果明显优于对照组 ,随着产程的进展 ,血浆皮质醇浓度逐渐降低 ,β内啡肽含量逐渐升高 ,与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,产程正常 ;而对照组病人产程相对延长 ,自然分娩率降低 ,助产和手术率高 ,新生儿Apgar评分低 ,存在新生儿缺氧情况。产后出血情况两组基本相同。结论 :HANS仪与安定联合进行分娩镇痛 ,与单纯安定相比 ,提高了无痛率 ,增加了分娩的安全性 ,缩短了产程 ,是一种分娩镇痛的有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: to explore the effectiveness of combination of Han’s acupoint nerve stimulator (HANS) and diazepam for labor analgesia. Methods: 70 normal labor women were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The former adopted both HANS and diazepam, and the latter group used diazepam only. Observation started when the uteric orifice open to 3 cm. Result: Compared with the control group, the HANS group showed a better analgesic effect (P<0.05), a lower blood level of cortisol (P<0.05) and a higher blood level of β endorphin (P<0.05)。The labor process in control group is longer and the natural labor rate is lower. Also, their helping labor and operation rate were higher and the newborn Apgar score was lower with certain degree of anoxia. The hemorrhage volume after labor was similar in the 2 groups. Conclusion: The combination of Han’s Acupoint Nerve Stimulator and diazepam is a safe and effective method for labor analgesia. It is significantly more effective than diazepine alone.更多还原
