【摘要】 目的：探讨AgNORs计数、大小和形态在甲状腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断的意义及应用价值。方法选择甲状腺腺癌30例、不典型腺瘤15例、乳头状腺癌30例、滤泡性腺癌20例、髓样癌10例、未分化癌10例，采用改良胶银染色，油镜下观察、测定。结果良性腺瘤的AgONRs／核均数与恶性者有显著差异（P＜0．01），且随细胞增生活跃而逐渐增加：AgNORs大小改变在甲状腺良恶性肿瘤中差异显著（P＜0．01），形态畸形也随肿瘤恶性度增高而加重。结论：AgNORs计数结合其大小及形态对甲状腺肿瘤的鉴别诊断有参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the signifiance and practical value of the mean count, size and shape of AgNORs in the differential diagnosis of thyroid tumors. Methods 30 cases of thyroid adenoma,15 cases of atypical adenoma, 30 cases of papillary arcinoma, 20 cases of follicular carcinoma, 10 casse of medullary thyroid carcinoma and 10 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma were studied by means of the improved argyrophil mstaining. Results It was foun that there was a significant differece of the mean count and she of AgNORs between adenoma and other various carcinomas (p＜ 0.01 ); The deformity degree of nuclear orguizer regions (NORs) became heavier with increasing in malignance. Conclusions It was shown in this study that it may have a referential meaning to combine the count of AgNORs with their size and shape for the differential diagnosis of thyroid tumors.更多还原
