【摘要】 【目的】研究食管鳞癌 (ESC)组织中基质金属蛋白酶 2 (MMP 2 )及其抑制因子 2 (TIMP 2 )的表达与ESC生物学行为之间的关系 ,探讨两者与ESC组织分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移和预后的关系。【方法】采用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素蛋白 -过氧化物酶 (SP)法检测 6 5例ESC组织中MMP 2、TIMP 2的表达。【结果】MMP 2在ESC组织的阳性率为6 6 % ,且其表达越强 ,组织分化程度越低 (P =0 0 31)、病程越晚 (ⅡB期和Ⅲ期 ,P =0 0 0 0 )、淋巴结转移率越高 (P =0 0 0 0 )、2年生存率越低 (P =0 0 0 0 ) ;TIMP 2在ESC组织的阳性率为 40 % ,且其表达越强 ,病程越早 (Ⅰ期和ⅡA期 ,P =0 0 2 7)、淋巴结转移率越低 (P =0 0 2 7)、2年生存率越高 (P =0 0 3)。【结论】ESC组织中的MMP 2和TIMP 2的表达 ,与ESC的分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移情况和预后有密切关系。检测ESC组织中的MMP 2和TIMP 2的表达 ,对预后的评价有一定的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-2(TIMP-2) in esophageal squamous carcinoma (ESC) and the relationship between the expression and the biological behavior of ESC. Methods The expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 of 65 cases of ESC were detected by immunohistochemistry (the method of streptaridin-peroxidase,SP). Results The expressive rate of MMP-2 of ESC was 66%, and more expression was closely related to poorer differentiation(P=0 031), later TNM grade(ⅡB and Ⅲ, P=0 000),higher rate of lymph node metastasis (P=0 000) and lower survival rate of two years(P=0 000). The expressive rate of TIMP-2 of ESC was 40%, and more expression was closely related to earlier TNM grade(ⅠandⅡA, P=0 027), lower rate of lymph node metastasis (P=0 027) and higher survival rate of two years (P=0 03). Conclusions The expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 has a close relationship with the differentiation, TNM grade, lymph node metastasis and survival time of ESC. Examination of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 may be of prognostic value.更多还原
