【摘要】 对一种新型食品添加剂——乳化铁的组成成分、质量标准、稳定性、安全性和吸收效果等方面进行了较全面的介绍，并对其在饮料中的应用进行了研讨．

【Abstract】 Emulsified Fe-12 is a new diet supplement. A Comprehensive introduction of its compositions, criteria, stability, safety and absorption is given in the paper. In addi tion, the application of the supplement to beverages is studied.
