【摘要】 目的　研究癫痫患者违法的特点和刑事责任能力。方法　回顾性分析 3 6例癫痫患者违法的司法精神医学鉴定资料。结果　发现癫痫患者发生违法行为仅次于精神分裂症和精神发育迟滞 ,其违法行为以凶杀和伤害居首位 ,其次为妨碍社会治安和强奸 ,反社会言行和纵火偶见。提出了他们违法的特点和刑事责任能力评定原则。结论　癫痫患者发生违法行为是癫痫患者的一大危险 ,应加强对癫痫患者的治疗和管理工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the characteristics and criminal responsibility of epileptic patients illegal action. Methods 36 epileptic patients data were reviewed in expert psychiatric testimony.Results Illegal actions were found in epilepsy patients with frequency second only to schizophrenic and mental retardation patients. Most commonly, illegal action were murder and harm. Less commonly, they consisted of rape, impeding public security, reactionary words and deeds & incendiary deeds (seldom found). The characteristics of illegal actions in epilepsy patients and the rule of judging responsibility were discussed.Conclusions Epileptic patients illegal action was dangerous, so their treatment and management should be payed more attentions.更多还原
