对-氨基苯磺酰胺同型物的红外和拉曼光谱研究

【摘要】 报道了对氨基苯磺酰胺同型物的傅立叶红外光谱和激光拉曼光谱,对其谱线归属作了指认,并初步讨论了该类同型物对人体子宫颈癌细胞的生长抑制率与分子光谱结构的对应关系.

【Abstract】 The FT\|TR and laser Raman spectra of the new compounds, namely \%p\%\|(4\|chlorophenoxyacety\|amino)sulfamethazine,\%p\%\|(2,3,5\|trichlorophenzoly\|amino)sulfamethazine and \%p\%\|(2,4\|dichlorophenoxyacetyl\|amino) sulfamethoxazole were measured The vibration modes were assigned The inhibitory action of the compounds on the growth of the human cervical cancer Hela cell was discussed.
