【摘要】 目的　探讨阶段性营养支持对重症胰腺炎的营养效应、疗效和经济效益。方法　 16例重症胰腺炎术后施行阶段性营养支持 (A组 )与 15例实施完全胃肠外营养 (TPN)治疗者 (B组 )进行前瞻性对比研究。结果　A、B组病程分别为 (6 1.l± 81.1)d及 (76 .8± 81.7)d ,肠外营养持续时间分别为 (7.8± 4.4)d及 (17.2± 7.0 )d(P <0 .0 5 ) ,两组肠内 /肠外营养前后体重及白蛋白无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　重症胰腺炎实施阶段性营养支持可改善患者术后营养状态 ,缩短病程 ,节省医疗费用 ,且方法简便安全。护理在整个实施过程中起着重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the effect of stage nutritional support(SNS) on severe pancreatitis.Methods\ Prospective study was carried out to explore effect of SNS on severe pancreatitis.16 patients were treated with SNS(treatment group) and 15 patients were treated with TPN(control group).Results\ The course of disease lasted(61.1±81.1) d and (76.8±81.7) d in group A and B respectively. The duration time of PN was (7.8±4.4) d and (17.2±7.0) d in group A and B respectively (\%P\%<0.05).Conclusions\ SNS improves nutritional status in severe pancreatitis and shortens the course of disease.
