68例脑梗塞患者血小板聚集试验的分析

【摘要】 目的 :评价血小板聚集 (PA)试验在脑梗塞诊断和防治中的价值。方法 :以二磷酸腺苷 (ADP)、胶原 (Col)及肾上腺素 (Adr)为诱导剂 ,应用多频道血小板聚集仪 ,对 68例急性期或非急性期 (亚急性期或慢性期 )脑梗塞患者及 30例正常对照进行PA检测。结果 :在脑梗塞未用药组 ,急性期患者以ADP和Col为诱导剂 ,PA率均明显低于正常对照组(P <0 0 1 ,P <0 0 5)。而以Adr为诱导剂 ,PA率均明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5) ;非急性期患者未用药组 ,以ADP、Col及Adr为诱导剂 ,PA率均明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1 ,P <0 0 5)。在用药组 ,无论急性期或非急性期患者 ,3种诱导剂的PA率均明显低于对照组 (P<0 0 1 )。结论 :以ADP、Col及Adr为诱导剂 ,在脑梗塞不同期进行PA检测 ,对脑梗塞的诊断及指导治疗均有一定的价值。PA检测可作为脑梗塞治疗结果的监测。

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the role of platelet aggregation(PA) in the diagnosis,prevention and treatment of the patients with cesebral infanction.Methods:We examed PA rate of 68 patients with cerebral infaretion during the acute phase and non-acute phase(subacute or chronic phase) and 30 controls by using a multiple frequency channel PA instrument(PAC-8 S,Japan) induced by adenosine diphosphat(ADP),Collagen(Col) and adrenaline(Adr).Result:In the untherapy group,the PA rate in the acute phase was significantly less than in the controls( P<0 01,P<0 05) induced by ADP and Col but it was higher in the acute phase than in the controls induced by Adr.In the untherapy group of the non-acute phase,the PArate were all significantly higher than in the controls induced by ADP,Col and Adr.In the group with treatment,whether in the acute phase ornon-acute phase,the PA sate were all significanfly less than in thecontrols( P <0 01) induced by ADP,Col and Adr.Conclusion:It may be a valuable method for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction in different phase of this disease,in which PA rate induced by ADP,Col and Adr were measured.PA test may monitor the effect of therapy in cerebral infarction.
