【摘要】 目前，卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎（ＰＣＰ）模型的建立虽然可应用皮下注射可的松的方法获得稳定的效果，但是传统的诱导剂量存在着致实验动物死亡率高的问题。为此，本文采用减半诱导剂量的方法，既可使ＰＣＰ 模型建立，且又明显降低实验动物的死亡率，从而为ＰＣＰ的研究奠定较好的基础。更多还原
