【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the method of prosthesis about the fixed partial denture which the tilted molar used as a abutment. Methods The telescopic pontic of fixed bridge was used in patients whose abutments were tilted,and the effect of prosthesis were observaed. Results The clinical application of 15 outpatients 18 prosthises) showed that the telescopic pontic of fixed bridge has a satisfictory clincial outcome. Conclusion This prosthesis is beautiful and comfortable, and the construction is simple and convenient. It is valuable for clinical application.更多还原
