【摘要】 对云南省 317份油菜种质资源进行研究 ,发现云南省油菜种质资源大部分为极早熟和早熟品种 ,占云南油菜品种资源的 75 % ;同时也是高产种质资源和高含油量种质资源 ,且含油量与海拔高度有关 ,即高海拔地区油菜种质的含油量普遍较高 ;该省地方品种中缺乏低芥酸(<1% )和低硫代葡萄糖甙 (<30 μmol/g)的种质资源 ,研究结果为育种工作的准确性和可靠性提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 accessions of rape germplasm resources were identified. Most of them amounting to 75% of all are veryearly-maturing or early-maturing. Some materials with high yield or high oil content were found. Oil content is related with altitude and high oil content materials in high altitude regions. Both the shortage of low erucic acid (<1%) and low glucosinolates(<30μmol/g) content in native rape variety resources of Yunnan were also found. Results of this study could provide a scientific, reliable, and accurate reference of rapes breeding.更多还原
