山西省鸡肾型传染性支气管炎的血清学鉴定

【摘要】 用鸡传染性支气管炎标准毒株Ｍ４１、Ｇｒａｙ、Ｈｏｌｔｅ、Ａｕｓｔ－Ｔ株以及ＭＡ５，通过气管环组织培养中和试验，采用病毒固定、血清变量法，对山西主要养鸡区１５个鸡场分离的１０个毒株进行了血清学鉴定。结果表明，待测毒株中１株属Ｍ４１血清型，５株属Ａｎｓｔ－Ｔ型，２株属Ｇｒａｙ型，２株属Ｈｏｌｔｅ型，其中属Ｇｒａｙ、Ｈｏｌｔｅ型的４株待测毒均与ＭＡ５有相似的抗原性。

【Abstract】 Ten local strain of Nephritic infectious bronchitis virus were selected and five standard IBV strains (M41. Greay Holte Aust-T and MA5) were used in the comparison test to detect the serology of the ten stains. Serum Neutralization test showed that one strian belongs to M41 serotype, five strians belong to Aust-T, two strians belong to Gray, two strains belong to Holte, and four of these (belong to Gray and Holte) were similar to MA5 in antigenicity
