枣、拐枣和君迁子等叶片中Vc含量的变化
Vc Content Variation in the Leaves of Ziziphus jujuba var. inermis, Diospyros lotus and Hovenia acerba etc.
【摘要】 以枣 Ziziphus jujuba var. inermis、君迁子 Diospyroslotus和拐枣 H ovenia acerba等几种高 Vc植物为材料 ,对叶片 Vc含量及 Vc存在形态 (总 Vc、氧化型 Vc、还原型 Vc)的年变化、日变化及随叶龄的变化进行了初步的研究 .结果表明 :植物叶 Vc的年变化明显 ,枣叶 Vc累积高峰在 9月 ,君迁子叶则在 5~ 7月 ,而拐枣叶 Vc的存在形态变化极大 .植物叶 Vc亦存在日变化 ,总 Vc积累高峰时间在中午 .此外叶 Vc随叶龄不同而变化 ,一般以稳定叶中 Vc含量较高 .因此 ,对高 Vc植物 Vc含量和存在形态的变化规律的认识 ,为科学地合理加工利用植物 Vc资源提供了理论依据
【Abstract】 Ziziphus jujuba var. inermis , Diospyros lotus and Hovenia acerba have a high Vc content.They were used in the study of Vc content variation in plant leaves. The result shows that the Vc content along its states in plants is affectd by many factors such as the seasons, the development stage of a leaf, illumination, the alternation of day and night, and the variation pattern of Vc content ,and that its states also vary with plant species. The knowledge of Vc variation pattern in plants provides an important basis for the rational utilization of Vc resources.
