【Abstract】 The nonlinear adjustment and data processing theory is one of the main problems in researches. In the way of adjustment with the first and second order term of expanded nonlinear function in consideration and the way of nonlinear adjustment in the fields of nonlinear to do the same adjustment, by comparison of its results, it is concluded that the adjustment which considered the second order term of expanded nonlinear function costs more than the adjustment which considered the first order term of expanded nonlinear function, and stressed is put on the possibility of constructing theory of adjustment and data processing in the space of nonlinear functions.
