【摘要】 基于可持续发展理论 ,本文提出了生态质量新概念 ,分析了它的内涵和成因 ,讨论了从观念到行动的理论思路

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of continuous development,the paper puts forward the new conception of ecological quality,analyses its connotation and causes,and discusses the theoretical process from conception to action.
