【摘要】 目的 :探讨血小板减少性紫癜的免疫发生机理。方法 :利用流式细胞仪 ,采用双标记直接荧光染色CD4、CD30来检测血小板减少性紫癜患者及正常人淋巴细胞中Th1和Th2的变化。结果 :血小板减少性紫癜患者Th2较正常人明显升高 ,而Th1较正常人有明显下降。结论 :提示Th1和Th2在体内失衡参与了血小板减少性紫癜的发病机理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Investigation about immunological pathogenesis of thrombocytopenic purpura was made.Methods:Th1 and Th2 cell number between thrombocytopenic purpura patients and normal people was detected by flow cemetry.Results:Th2 cell number in thrombocytopenic purpura patients was significantly higher than that in control group,whereas Th2 cell number in thrombocytopenic purpura patients was significantly lower than that in control group.Conclusion:The imbalance between Th1 and Th2 could partly explained the mechanism of thrombocytopenic purprua.更多还原
