【摘要】 目的 :分析 1996～ 1998年吉林省城区家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗性水平 ,并探讨防制策略。方法 :常规微量点滴法。结果 :家蝇对 5种常用杀虫剂的平均LD50 ( μg 蝇 )分别为 :溴氰菊酯0 .0 197,氯氰菊酯 0 .0 813,氯菊酯 0 .0 4 36,敌敌畏 0 .0 337,敌百虫 16.0 0 2 1。结论 :吉林省城区家蝇对常用杀虫剂已产生不同程度的抗性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyse the resistance situation for house fly to insecticides in cities of Jilin province from 1996-1998, and work out the management strategies. Method: The resistant level of house fly were determined to 5 different insecticides.The LD 50 of Deltamethrin. Cypermethrin. Permethrin, Dichlorovos and Trichlorphon for the house flies were 0.019 7 , 0.081 3 , 0.043 6 , 0.033 7 and 16.002 1 μg/fly respectively. Conclusion: The house fly in cities of Jilin province have already developed varied resistance to these five kinds of insecticides.更多还原
