【摘要】 目的　通过拟黑多刺蚁对S180 腹水肉瘤鼠存活时间及Swiss和BaL/C小鼠荷瘤生长的影响 ,研究其体内抑瘤作用 .方法　随机将小鼠分为对照组和 5 0 0 ,10 0 0 ,15 0 0mg/kg蚂蚁剂量实验组 ,用S180 腹水肉瘤建立动物肿瘤模型 ,对照组以蒸馏水灌胃 ,实验组以蚂蚁液灌胃 ,连续 2 5d .结果　实验组小鼠平均存活时间均高于对照组 ,而腹水量、瘤细胞数及荷瘤重均低于对照组 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,以 10 0 0mg/kg剂量实验组抑瘤效果最明显 .结论　拟黑多刺蚁具有抑制肿瘤细胞生长和延长荷瘤小鼠平均存活时间的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To examine the tumor inhibiting effect of PVR by its effect on the surviving time of the mice with ascites sarcoma and the growth of tumor inoculated in Swiss and BaL/C mice. Methods The mice were duplicated the tumor model with S 180 ascites with oral administration of distilled water, and drug groups treated with PVR liquid of 500,1?000,1?500?mg/kg respectivly for 25 days. Results The surviving times of mice treated with PVR liquid were longer than those in control group. Ascites volume and the number of sarcoma of drug groups were lower than those of control group, P<0.05 , and the effect in 1?000?mg/kg group was the most significant. Conclusion PVR has the effect of inhibiting the growth of tumor cells and prolonging the surviving time of the mice inoculated with tumor.更多还原
