【摘要】 目的　探讨腓骨内固定治疗胫、腓骨不稳定性骨折的特点 .方法　 32例胫腓骨中、下 1/ 3不稳定性骨折 ,采用腓骨内固定、胫骨闭合性手法复位外固定方法治疗 .32例中胫前皮肤条件较差的闭合性骨折 2 6例 ,开放性骨折 6例 ;其中粉碎性骨折 15例 ,斜形、螺旋形骨折 17例 .腓骨采用钢板螺钉或髓内针固定 .结果　 32例均达临床愈合 ,平均临床愈合时间为 4个月 ,骨折位置良好 ,关节功能恢复正常 ,无皮肤坏死及感染发生 .结论　腓骨固定适合于胫前皮肤条件不好的闭合性或开放性胫、腓骨骨折和胫骨下 1/ 3粉碎性骨折的治疗 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the characteristic of treatment of tibia and fibula anstabal fracture with internal fixation of fibula. Methods 32 cases of tibia and fibula middle and lower 1/3 fracture were treated with internal fixation of fibula and close reduction external stabilization of tibia. Fibula was stabilized with plate scrow or intramedullary nail. Results All 32 cases the fracture were union, reduction satisfact, average time of clinical union were 4 months. The function of leg joint were normal. No skin necrosis or infaction occurred. Conclusion Fixalized fibula is suitable for close fracture with local skin injury or open fracture of tibia and fibule and tibia lower 1/3 comminuted fracture.更多还原
