【摘要】 目的　对某职业人群 1994～ 1997年的死亡原因进行分析 .方法　应用潜在工作年数损失 (WYPLL)指标 .结果　按标化潜在工作年数损失 (SWYPLL)率排列前三位的主要死因是恶性肿瘤、循环系统疾病、消化系统疾病 .SWYPLL率男性为 2 .6 % ,女性为 1.9% ,男性高于女性 .结论　运用WYPLL指标考虑了死亡者的年龄 ,强调了低年龄死亡比老龄死亡更具危害性 ,并且强调寿命的存活质量 ,进而将死因对职业人群健康的危害程度定量化 ,为疾病的防治提供更全面、更科学的依据 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Death reasons of a certain multitude of occupation from 1994 to 1997 were analyzed.Methods Applied potential years of work lost index.Results According to SWYPLL rate,malignant tumor,the disease of cardivaseular system and digestive system are primary death reasons.SWYPLL rate of male is 2 6% SWYPLL rate of female is 1.9%.The rate of male is higher than that of female.Conclusion WYPLL method not only emphasizes the significance of low death,but also quantity the harmful degree which the death reason act on the workers’ health.So SWYPLL method can accurately point out the object of prevention and care, and provide the scientific basis for prevention measure.更多还原
