【Abstract】 Objective To explore prevention of operative complications of THR. Methods 140 cases underwent and THR operative techniques and complications were reviewed. Results Complications were presented in 23 cases, no postoperative infection. Conclusion In order to reduce complications, we must carefully study the roentgenogram in the preoperation, correct select oprative approach and fixation method and fix component exactly.更多还原
