【摘要】 目的　研究幽门螺杆菌细胞脂多糖对大鼠胃粘膜上皮细胞凋亡的诱导作用 .方法　在大鼠胃内给予 2 5 ,5 0 ,10 0 ,15 0 ,2 0 0 μg幽门螺杆菌脂多糖 (Hp LPS) ,2d后取粘膜组织苏木素染色和末段脱氧核糖核酸转移酶介导的生物素化的脱氧尿嘧啶核苷三磷酸切口末段标记 (TUNEL) .结果　脂多糖在大鼠胃粘膜能引起明显的上皮细胞凋亡增加 .结论　来自于Hp的细胞脂多糖对大鼠胃上皮细胞凋亡起诱导作用 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to investigate the effect of helicobacter pylori lipopolysaccharide (Hp LPS) on the rat epithelial cell apoptosis.Methods 25?μg,50?μg,100?μg,150?μg and 200?μg doses of Hp LPS were given to rats by intragastric administration and the epithelial cell apoptosis were assessed through mucosal tissue detected with hematoxylin staining and terminal deoxynucleotibyl transferase mediated biotin dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) methods after two days.Results The positive cells of apoptosis for rats gastric mucosal epithelium significantly increased under these doses of Hp LPS above mentioned.Conclusion The fingdings demonstrate that cell wall lipopolysaccharide as a virulence factor is responsible for the induction of gastric epthelial cell apoptosis by Helicobacter.pylori.更多还原
