【摘要】 高纬度地区分期播种试验的三个春性小麦品种能顺利通过春化阶段 ,对此进行了不同品种不同播期的过氧化物酶同工酶分析 ,结果表明抽穗前 ,不同品种在不同播期酶谱有差异 ,但在抽穗期差异不显著 ,带数趋于稳定。酶差异与试验品种的选育途径有关 ,出苗至抽穗关数与酶谱带数无直线相关更多还原

【Abstract】 Experiment shows that the vernacized varieties in high latitude can complete the vernacization phase.The wheat sowed in different stages were analysed on Peroxidase Isoenzyine.The results show that the activity of peroxidase Isoenzyme differs from each other,with no differences in heading period.The activity of enzyme is concerned with the crop breeding method.The days of seedling to heacling haven’t line correlation with peroxidase soenzyme.更多还原
