【摘要】 目的　探讨肿瘤生长因子 (TumorSPECIFICGrowFactor)与各种肿瘤的关系。方法　采用福建新大陆生物技术有限公司提供的TSGF癌症快速诊断试剂盒对临床诊断为恶性肿瘤的患者1785例 ,正常健康人 10 0例进行了TSGF检测。结果　恶性肿瘤平均阳性检出率为 84 39% ,尤其是转移癌患者阳性率达 96 7%。其敏感性为 84 4 8%。特异性为 91%。准确性为 84 80 %。 10 0例正常健康人 ,发现了 9例阳性 ,占 9%明显低于恶性肿瘤病人水平。结论　TSGF对肿瘤的转移有早期预报价值更多还原

【Abstract】 ct:Objective This article studied the correlation of Tumor Specific growth factor(TSGF) with a various tumors.Methods With the TSGF quick cancer diagnostic reagent Kit Fujian New Land Measure the TSGF level in 1785 Patients with malignant tumor and in 100 healthy people.Results The average positive rate of malignant tumor was 84 39%,especially with metastaic cancer patients reached 96 7%.The sensitivity was 84 48%,specificity was 91%,and the accuracity was 84 80%.There had 9cases positive TSGF persons were found among the 100 cases normal healthy people,the positive rate was 9%,its far below the positive rate of malignant tumor.Conclusion TSGF has early forecast prediction about the tumor metastasis.更多还原
