【摘要】 目的　为了探讨胃液诱导膀胱癌细胞系细胞凋亡的机制。方法　采用流式细胞术及免疫组化方法观察了胃液对膀胱癌细胞系BIU 87细胞凋亡及Bcl 2 Bax表达的影响。结果　显示胃液处理后AI值升高 ,Bcl 2表达降低 ,Bax表达升高 ,Bcl 2 Bax比值为 0 71。结论　提示胃液诱导BIU 87细胞凋亡可能是通过降低Bcl 2 ,升高Bax而实现的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the mechanism of apoptosis induced by gastric juice.Methods Flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry were utilized to observe the effect of gastric juice on Bcl 2/Bax expression of human bladder cancer cell line BIU 87.Results After administration of gastric juice,AI increased,Bcl 2 expression reduce,Bax expression increased and Bcl 2/Bax ratio was 0 71.Conclusion It was suggested that gastric juice could induce the apoptosis of BIU 87 by reducing Bcl 2 and increasing Bax.更多还原
