【摘要】 观察硫酸依替米星治疗软组织感染的疗效。 10 9例外科软组织感染病人 ,硫酸依替米星 40 0 mg加入 5 %葡萄糖注射液 5 0 0 ml中 ,静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ,疗程 5～ 10 d。临床有效率 91.7% ;细菌清除率 84.7%。除 2 8例轻度眩晕外 ,未发现其他不良反应及耳肾毒性。表明硫酸依替米星是一种治疗软组织感染的有效抗生素。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the clinical efficacy of etimicin sulfate to the infections of soft tissue. 109 patients with the soft tissue infections were treated with etimicin sulfate in 5% glucose injection 500ml introvenous drip qd, 5~10 days. Results the effective rate was 84.7%. No other adverse reaction or toxicity and nephrotoxicity was observed with the exception of 28 patients with slight dizziness. Etimicin sulfate is an effective agent with slightly adverse reactions for the infections of soft tissue.更多还原
