【摘要】 目的 :为比较低分子量肝素 (LMWH)与普通肝素 (UFH)在血液透析中的抗凝疗效。方法 :选择 10例慢性维持性血透患者作自身前后交叉对照研究 ,先后使用LMWH和UFH各四次抗凝 ,观察透析器及管路凝血情况 ,计算透析器对尿素氮、肌酐清除率 ,测量白陶土部分凝血活酶时间 (KPTT)、血红蛋白及血小板、静脉穿刺点压迫时间。结果 :与UFH相比 ,LMWH对KPTT影响小 ,对尿素氮、肌酐的清除效力高 ,而静脉穿刺点压迫时间短 ,结论 :LMWH是一种安全有效的抗凝剂 ,可代替UFH在血透中广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the safety and efficiency of LMWH in chronic hemodialysis.Methods:Ten patients on CHD were given single injections of 4000u anti Xa in comparison with unfractionated heparin(UFH).All patients were randomily given UFH and LMWH 4 times.Results:KPTT was significantly longer in UFH than that in LWMH group.The effective Urea and Creatinine clearances of dialyzer evaluated after reusing three times were significantly higher in LWMH group;the bleeding time in LWMH group was significantly shorter than that in UFH group.Conclusion:LWMH has an effective and safe anti coagulation effect on CHD patients.更多还原
