【摘要】 目的　评价经皮二尖瓣球囊成形术 (PBMV)后 5～ 8年的疗效。方法　对 41例PBMV患者进行术后追踪 5～ 8年随访。平均随访时间 (7 1± 1 8)年。结果　PBMV术前二尖瓣口面积 (MVA)(1 0 8± 0 43)cm2 ,术后显著扩大 (2 0 1± 0 39)cm2 ,与术前比较 ,P <0 0 1;随访 5～ 8年 ,MVA逐渐减少至 (1 5 2± 0 2 8)cm2 ,与术后比较 ,P <0 0 1;再狭窄发生率为 2 2 0 %。术后心功能改善Ⅰ级以上者10 0 % ,5～ 8年后心功能仍维持在Ⅰ～Ⅱ级者占 87 6 %。结论　PBMV术后 5～ 8年以上临床中远期疗效令人满意 ,未见严重并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study was sought to assess mid and long term results (more than five years) after successful PBMV Methods From September 1991 to December 1994, 41 patients with mitral valve stenosis by PBMV had clinical and echocardiographic evaluation initially and throughout to 5 8 years follow up Results Before and after PBMV and at follow up mean mitral valve areas were (1 08±0 43)cm 2 vs (2 01±0 39)cm 2 vs (1 52±0 28)cm 2 respectively (before vs after P <0 01, after vs follow up, P <0 05, before vs follow up, P <0 01) Restenosis rate was 22 0% at 5 8 years follow up There were 41 patients (100%) who had at least one class improvement in cardiac function NYHA just after PBMV At 5 8 years follow up, 36 patients (87 6%) were still in class one or two Conclusion PBMV can achieve excellent and sustained mid and long term results without serious complication in selected patients更多还原
