【摘要】 论述了AFLP分子标记技术原理及其特点 ,详述了AFLP -DNA指纹技术在植物研究中应用进展 ,并指出了存在的问题及其相应对策 .

【Abstract】 The principle and characteristic of AFLP technique for DNA fingerprinting was described in this paper.The advances of application is the plant on the basis of AFLP molecular markers was also detailed And the presenting problems of AFLP markers and their solved methode were discussed
