【摘要】 主要讨论了基于 WWW的远程教学课程的基本结构和开发要点 ,在此基础上对国外常用的 WWW课程软件工具的技术特征作了评价与比较 .

【Abstract】 The prime components of the Web based Courses and the importance of how to develop it are discussed in the paper. Furthermore, assessments and comparisons are provided which concerned the technological characteristics of the Web based Courses developmental tools in common use abroad.
