模糊自整定PID在交流收卷张力控制中的应用

【摘要】 交流驱动收卷张力控制中 ,由于交流异步电机的数学模型复杂 ,负载参数随收卷卷径变化 ,用常规PID控制不够理想 ,宜引入智能控制策略。本文研究模糊自整定PID的交流驱动收卷张力控制 ,给出控制器的设计及实验结果。

【Abstract】 In the control of AC Winging tension,the general PID controller is not ideal,because of the complication of mathematics model of asynchronous motor and the variation of its load.It is necessary to introduce the method of intelligent control.This thesis discusses winding tension control based on Fuzzy Adjusting theory,gives the design of Fuzzy PID controller and the experimental results.
