【摘要】 应用电子显微技术和生化技术 ,研究了棉铃虫Helicoverpaarmigera (Hiibner)围食膜的超微结构和表面形态 ,初步分析了围食膜蛋白质的种类 ,测定了蛋白质和糖的含量。结果表明 ,围食膜分三层 ,表面平滑致密 ,没有孔和缝。围食膜的蛋白质种类很多 ,小分子量的蛋白质含量较高。围食膜中 ,蛋白质占 34 .74 % ,糖占 7.61%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The structure and form of peritrophic membrane (PM)of Helicoverpa armigera were observed by electron microscopy.The type of protein,the content of protein and carbohydrate in PM were analyzed.The PM has three layers.The PM was delicate and smooth,and had no holes or crevices.There were many types of protein in PM,and the great of them were small molecular.The content of protein was 34.74 percent in PM,the content of carbohydrate was 7.61 percent in PM.更多还原
