【摘要】 为研究长期饲喂小剂量三氧化二砷(≤1.40mg/kg)对动物的影响,用小白鼠做了4个代次和3个窝次的饲喂试验。试验结果表明:小剂量三氧化二砷不仅不影响小白鼠的繁殖性能、器官发育,而且能增强生活力,降低死亡率和促进生长。同时,在体内会有一定程度的砷积累,但停喂三氧化二砷可消除。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effect of a trace of arsenic trioxide on animals, feeding experimentwas done for 4 generations and 3 litters of mice. The results showed: a trace of arsenic triox-ide didn’t affect the reproductive performance and organic development, and increased via-bility, reduced mortality, promoted growth. In the meantime, a small quantity of arsenicwas accumulated in the body, but could been removed by giving a period of stopping feedingarsenic trioxide.更多还原
