【摘要】 1990～ 1994年我们在海南省琼中黎族苗族自治县和平地区 ,对海南省山林地带和近山丘陵区的主要传疟媒介大劣按蚊成蚊进行了为期 5年的监测。大劣按蚊为外栖性蚊种 ,在当地居民点内最早出现时间为 19:30 ,夜间活动高峰在 2 2 :0 0～ 2 3:0 0 ,室内外叮人比率为 1∶ 2 .79。山寮叮人率是村内叮人率的 15倍 ,自然感染率可高达8.3% ,雨季对大劣按蚊的孳生繁殖有极大的影响 ,溴氰菊酯浸帐村与对照村的大劣按蚊密度和经产蚊比率无显著性差异 ,在当地多种因素影响下 ,溴氰菊酯浸帐防制大劣按蚊的效果不理想。未对居民点邻近的山涧小溪及两岸边进行环境整治的开发 ,对大劣按蚊的密度和活动无影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Surveillance on adult Anopheles dirus , a main malaria vector in forest and area nearby hills was pursued in Heping areas, Qiongzhong County, Hainan Province. An. Dirus , an outdoor living vector was first found in the village at 19:30, the peak time of mosquitos activity was between 22:00 and 23:00 oclock and the human biting rate of the indoor to that of the outdoor was 1∶2.79. The human biting rate in the hut in mountains was 15 times higher than in the village. The natural infection rate was 8.3%. Its breeding and reproduction were remarkably affected by rainy season. There was no notable difference on the density and the parous rate between An. Dirus in the village where the nets were impregnated with deltamethrin and that in the control village. The possible factors in the local area contributing to the poor control effect of deltamethrin were discussed in the paper.更多还原
