【摘要】 目的　总结和分析全国医院感染监控网医院感染发病率及病原菌分布。方法　对监控网医院 1998年 6月～ 1999年 5月逐月上报资料进行统计分析。结果　 1年共监测患者 12 5 36 71人 ,发生医院感染 4910 9人共 5 182 0例次 ,医院感染发病率为 3.92 % ,医院感染例次感染率 4.13% ;感染部位以下呼吸道感染最多见 ,次为胃肠道、术后伤口、泌尿道感染 ;共分离病原体 12 2 6 5株 ,以大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、肠杆菌属细菌、白色念珠菌、克雷伯菌属细菌多见。结论　监控网医院医院感染发病率为 3.92 % ,以下呼吸道感染最常见 ,病原菌以大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌多见更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the nosocomial infection incidence of National Surveillance System and distribution of the pathogens. METHODS Summaries and analysis of the data of surveillance system hospitals from June, 1998 to May 1999 were provided. RESULTS Total of 1253671 patients were under surveillance, 51820 nosocomial infection cases were occurred among 49109 patients, the nosocomial infection incidence was 3.29%, and the case infection incidence was 4.13%; lower respiratory tract infection was the most frequent infection site, followed by gastroenteric tract infection, postoperatve incisional infection and urinary tract infection. 12265 Strains of pathogens were isolated, the most common pathogens were Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Enterobacter, Candida albicans, Klebsiella. CONCLUSIONS The hospital infection rate of surveillance system was 3.92%, lower respiratory tract infection ranked the first, the most common pathogens were E.coli, P.aeruginosa, S.aureus.更多还原
