【摘要】 丰台区卫生局为培养、建立并发展一支高素质的全科医学专业人才队伍进行了积极探索和尝试。制定全科医师队伍发展规划 ;培育全科医学教学、实习基地 ;组织高质量的师资力量 ;对全区医疗卫生机构的领导干部、业务骨干、基层医务人员进行了全科医学在职学历教育、学科带头人教育和在职专业证书教育等多层次、多渠道培训 ,逐步建立起良好的全科医学培训机制 ,将全区的全科医疗培训工作纳入规范化管理轨道 ,有力推动了社区卫生服务工作的开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The public Health Bureau of Fengtai District has made positive explorations and attempts to cultivate, establish and develop a high-quality contingent of general practitioners. The measures include: formulating a plan for developing the contingent of general practitioners, fostering educational and practice bases for training in general medicine, forming a high-level teaching staff, and conducting multi-level and multi-channel training for the leaders, key professional members and medical workers at the basic level throughout medical and health institutions in the district, including on-the-job academic education in general medicine, education in how to become academic leaders and on-the-job education to obtain professional certificates. A sound mechanism for training in general medicine has gradually been set up and training in general medicine throughout the district has been put onto the track of standardized management, thus greatly promoting the development of community health services.更多还原
