【Abstract】 In the past 20 years and more, there has been a lot of research on and application of electronic medical records(EMR) in developed countries. Domestically some largescale hospitals have also started research on and trial use of EMR. The author discusses the importance of doing well in EMR establishment and the input requirements in the development and use of EMR. The author also expounds the following points in the use of EMR: confidential information management by different levels, authorization of consultation, input and revision, and the scope, manner, regulations and matters needing attention concerning the use of EMR.更多还原
