SFD-SMTD二级干燥装置用于悬浮聚氯乙烯和双嘧达莫中间体干燥的中试

【摘要】 旋转闪蒸干燥器 (SFD)和旋流中等滞时干燥器 (SMTD)组成二级干燥装置 ,SFD快速除去物料中的表面水分 ,而 SMTD进一步除去结合水分 ,能提高热效率和生产能力。进行了该二级干燥器用于悬浮聚氯乙烯 (PVC)树脂和双嘧达莫中间体“四羟物”干燥的中试。SFD与 SMTD的直径分别为 30 0和 40 0 m m,S- PVC滤饼含湿量约 2 5 % ,双嘧达莫中间体“四羟物”约 6 2 %。经干燥得到含湿量分别≤ 0 .3%和≤ 0 .5 %的干粉。结果表明 :经一次连续操作 ,可将滤饼变成较均匀的低含湿量的干粉。

【Abstract】 The double stage dryer that consists of the spin flash dryer (SFD) and the spin medium staying time dryer (SMTD) was applied to drying pilot test of suspended PVC and the intermediate of dipyridamole. The diameter of SFD is 300 mm and that of SMTD 400 mm. After drying, the wet content of the S PVC filter cake was reduced from 25% to 0.3%, and that of dipyidamole intermediate from 62% to 0.5%. The result indicated that this one continuous operation may improve the heat efficiency and raise the productivity.
