【摘要】 目的　探讨使用颈阔肌肌皮瓣或联合胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣修复口腔颌面部因肿瘤切除后所致缺损的临床效果。方法　对 11例口腔颌面部缺损的病人应用颈阔肌肌皮瓣修复方法治疗 ,其中以颈阔肌为肌蒂的颈阔肌肌皮瓣 5例 ,以颈阔肌 -胸锁乳突肌联合式肌蒂的颈阔肌肌皮瓣 6例。皮瓣从下颌角外侧途径转入受区者 5例 ,从下颌骨内侧途径转移入受区者 6例。 11例颈阔肌肌皮瓣供区缺损均用胸前旋转皮瓣关闭。结果　 11例随访时间显 6个月～ 1年 ,皮瓣全部成活。成功率 10 0 % ,转移后的颈阔肌肌皮瓣色泽已同周围粘膜色泽相似 ,张口不受限 ,外形好。结论　颈阔肌肌皮瓣是修复口腔颌面部缺损行之有效的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of platysma myocutaneous flap for oromaxillofacial region defects and discuss the flaps blood supply, design, indication and precautions in operation. Methods In 1995 and 1996 various oro maxillofacial regional defects of 11 patients were repaired with platysma myocutaneous flap, of which the buccal defects of 5 cases were repaired with platysma myocutaneous flap based on platysma, the tongue of 3 cases and the mouth floor of 3 cases were respectively reconstructed with combination of platysma and sternocleidomastoid myocutaneous flap. The procedure of all the cases was completed in one stage. Results In 6 months to one year follow up it was found that all the flaps survived,the color and lustre of transferred platysma myocutaneous flaps were like those of surrounding mucosa. Opening of the mouth was not impeded, and the figurations of treated defects were very good. The operative results were satisfactory.Conclusion Repairing of oromaxillofacial region defects with platysma myocutaneous flap is an effective method of surgery.更多还原
