恒磁场环境对大鼠血液流变学特性的影响

【摘要】 目的 研究恒磁场环境对大鼠血液流变学特性的影响。方法 将Wistar大鼠置于特制的两组强弱不同的磁场环境中 ,分别在 5 ,12d后 ,测量其血液粘度及血细胞计数率。结果 在磁场环境中生活 5d的大鼠其血液粘度及血细胞计数明显下降 (粘度下降P <0 .0 1) ,且弱磁场组下降的尤为明显。而在磁场环境中生活 12d的大鼠上述指标在不同程度上有所回复。结论 恒磁场环境对大鼠的血液流变学因子及细胞数产生较为明显的影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of constant magnetic field on hemorrheology in rats.Methods In this experiment,30 Wistar rats were equally divided into three groups:The first group rats were put in strong magnetic field;the second were treated with weak magnetic field;the third acted as control group.At 5 days and 12 days after treatment,the blood viscosity and rate of blood cell count were measured.Results Under the magnetic field environment,the blood viscosity and rate of blood cell count in rats all were decreased,especially in that weak magnetic field.But these parameters were raisen to a certain extent after 12 days of treatment.Conclusion The study suggests that the constant magnetic field can affect the blood viscosity and blood cell count of rats obviously.
