高压氧对海水淹溺肺水肿兔肺c-fos和c-jun基因表达的影响

【摘要】 目的 观察高压氧对海水淹溺肺水肿 (PE SWD)兔肺c fos、c jun基因表达的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法 制备PE SWD动物模型 ,分别采用高频通气、联合用药治疗和高频通气、联合用药、高压氧 (HBO)治疗。用原位杂交法观察 3组兔肺内c fos和c jun基因水平。结果 对照组肺泡上皮细胞和毛细血管内皮细胞胞浆中有大量c fos和c junmRNA。用药治疗组和HBO组兔肺内c fos和c jun基因表达较对照组明显减少 ,尤以HBO组减少更甚。结论 HBO可改善受损肺组织氧气供给 ,减轻其损伤 ,从而减少c fos、c jun的表达。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) on the expression of c-fos and c-jun genes in pulmonary cells of rabbit with pulmonary edema after sea-water drowning(PE-SWD) and its action mechanisms. Methods PE-SWD animals were induced,and divided into three groups:PE-SWD group(control group),medicine group[medicines+high frequency jet ventilation(HFJV)]and HBO group(medicines+HFJV+HBO).Expression of c-fos and c-jun genes were detected by the method of hybridization in situ. Results There were a lot of c-fos mRNA and c-jun mRNA in the alveolar epithelial cells and capillary endothelial cells of control group,whereas the expression of c-fos and c-jun genes of either medicine group or HBO group decreased obviously,especially of the latter. Conclusions HBO could improve the O 2 supply,reduce the cells’ damage,thus the expression of the pulmonary cells’ c-fos and c-jun genes would be decreased.
