【摘要】 目的观察奥曲肽对老年人消化过大出血的疗效。方法对52例消化道大出血的老年患者采用奥曲肽0．1mgiv缓慢推注，再以0.025ms／h静脉滴注72～96h。结果24h及72h止血率分别为55．8％和40．4％，3天总有效率为96.2％。未发现明显毒副作用。结论奥曲肽治疗老年消化道大出血效果显著，使用安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Octreotide for the treatment of aged gastrointestinal haemorrhage.Methods 52 patients with severe gastrointestinal haemorrhage were treated with Octreotide, which was given first at a dosage of 0. 1mg iv blous, then at a dosage of 0. 025 mg/h iv drip for 72～96h. Results Bleeding was stopped in 55. 8% and 40. 4% of patients respectively at 24h and 72h. The total effective rate was 96. 2%. No side effects were found. Conclusion Octreotide is safe and effective for the treatment of aged severe gastrointestinal haemorrhage.更多还原
