【摘要】 目的　探讨主动脉粥样斑块与周围动脉栓塞的关系。方法　应用多平面经食管超声心动图描记术， 检测了４ 例蓝趾综合征患者的主动脉。结果　４ 例患者均于主动脉弓和降主动脉检出溃疡型和活动型粥样斑块。结论　主动脉粥样斑块破溃可能是蓝趾综合征患者动脉栓塞的重要栓子来源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the relationship between the aortic atherosclerosis and peripheral artery embolazation. Methods Transesophageal echocardiography were performed in 4 patients with blue toe syndrome. Results Protruding, mobile and ulcerated atherosclerotic plques were detected in the aortic arch and descending aorta in all patients. Conclusions Complex aortic atherosclerotic lesions is an important embolic source of peripheral artery embolism.更多还原
